It was a chance worth taking….

Like many reviewers, I was reluctant to purchase a major piece of furniture, sight unseen, on line. However, not only is the reverse chaise sofa lovely to look at, it’s comfy, and the perfect size for a small condo. I love being able to switch the chaise piece of the couch….though, be aware that the moveable stool piece, that supports the chaise cushion, does not fit tightly against the couch.

I also want to compliment the customer service of Apt.2b. Starting with the prompt delivery of my fabric samples to the quick reply of the chat box option, and the friendly, knowledgeable reps that answer the phone. Additionally, I very much appreciated supporting a product made in the USA…..and….while I have to wait for nearly eight months for the other furniture to complete the room, my sofa was delivered in 6 weeks.

It was a seamless transaction. I am very happy customer.

The best quality!

I was a little apprehensive about the price at first, but from the fabric selection process, to the delivery, to the inaugural butt-sitting I love this couch. It's a little firm at first but gets more comfy the more time you spend on it. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable as well! From now on I'm buying all my furniture from Apt2b

Nice and Tailored Sofa

This is a great sofa! The white glove delivery was wonderful and the sofa arrived in perfect condition. The cushioning takes a little time to relax with use but the sofa is very comfortable and the color matched the sample I received perfectly. Overall we are very happy with the purchase.

Amazing customer service despite sofa not working for us

We tried out the sofa for 100 days and really wanted to love it, but it didn’t work for us (was too firm). Was blown away by the customer service who made pick up and return a breeze. shout out to Sophia in customer service for being so wonderful. Bummed the sofa didn’t work but more companies should work like this.

Thrilled with our purhase

I was super nervous to purchase a sofa online, but all of the furniture stores near me were minimum 6-8 months. I love our new sofa from Apt2B. Because it's made in the USA, it was here in 7 weeks. It's made with a local hardwood, the fabric is super (getting the swatches in advance is a must) and most importantly, it's comfortable. I read the comments regarding delivery -- our experience was good. They showed up about 30 minutes early, but called ahead. I'd definitely purchase from this brand again.
