This sectional is LARGE. And comfy. It sits a bit lower to the ground than I had anticipated but I like this aspect as it gives more of a "loungy" vibe. I purchased the velvet material and so far it is holding up well to my two 7+ pound dogs. The dog fur just wipes right off!
I loved everything about the buying process with Apt2B. I ordered early for a new house and was worried it would be delivered before we close - Gabi with Customer Service was incredibly responsive, kind, and calming. Delivery was ideal - early communication, on time, set expectations about delivering to the spot then we’d put it together. Putting it together was a snap! And then it’s perfect! Gorgeous, comfortable, huge (what we wanted for a big space), and durable fabric to take all the hair and drool that our 110lb German Shepherd throws at it. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
In September of 2020 we left our house of 30 years and moved to Minneapolis. We needed new couches/sectionals for two large areas. The Melrose 3 PC sectional matched a sample photo my husband gave me to see what he thought he wanted for the lower level sectional. The rest of the LL has his music studio (with kitchen)+ three more bedrooms. I looked forever to find this Melrose three piece sectional. That is in the big screen TV room and grandkids playroom. 14 months later I could not be happier. The sofa was on time and the delivery peeps were awesome. Stainmaster works great, especially when I am alerted to spills, and upholstery cleaner works, too. The biggest compliment is when friends of my daughter (35) wanted to know where I got it, because it is so comfortable. When people stay down there they often fall asleep watching TV. Did I mention our Golden and Lab? I probably should have gotten a darker color but instead I got a better vacuum. I love this sectional.
We bought a new house and were in desperate need of a new couch. I spent hours researching sectional options. We have toddlers and pets so we needed something large and durable. We also needed something sooner rather than later. We were unwilling to wait 30+ weeks for a new couch. Our estimated delivery date was 5-7 weeks from when we placed our order and our sectional arrived 5 weeks later. We love it so much. It's the most we've ever spent on a piece of furniture but it is so worth it. It fits our entire family comfortably and looks great with our mcm style furniture. We couldn't be happier.
I ordered a Melrose 3pc Sectional and it was delivered as scheduled. I didn't see a worn spot on the back of the center section until after the delivery men left. I called APT2b and explained the situation. They asked that I take close up photos of the damage. Just a note that this was obviously caused by the couch rubbing against the side of the truck during transportation from the warehouse in LA. The fabric was worn through so much that metal was piercing through. After a day or so, I received an email that they would replace the ENTIRE sectional. I thought this was amazing Customer Service. They built the new sectional and shipped it ASAP. We could not be more satisfied with the product or the company's commitment to us. We love the couch! Well made and the stain protection actually works. I wouldn't hesitate to work with APT2b again in a heartbeat!
