Perfect Couch

This couch is the perfect blend of comfort and style! The fabric is very soft and feels amazing, and the back of the sofa comes to the perfect height for resting your arms. My husband and I both love the reclining/footrests. While it looks fancy, it’s a perfect couch for lounging too!

The delivery was very smooth and easy, as was the assembly. Just needed to attach the legs with the provided Allen wrench. I also can’t say enough good things about the Apt2b team!

I was hesitant to buy a couch without being able to do a sit test first, but I’m so glad I took a chance with this one! Extremely comfortable and better than I was hoping.

Well made and comfortable

Bought this couch for lounging and watching movies. We got the velvet gray. Beautiful material. Soft. We pet the couch every time we walk by it. Ha! It’s a heavy couch which means it’s very sturdy. We love it! We are glad we bought it.

stylish well built sofa, shows lint/hair easily

I love my new phantom sofa; it is very stylish and the sofa and the footrest mechanism both feel sturdy. The electronic footrest mechanism is very smooth and allows for many different positions. The velvet is incredibly soft. The seat cushion is not very thick but is comfortable if you like furniture that is on the firm side; the back and sides are more cushy. Customer service is very responsive and fixes problems: for example, someone told me I would not need white glove delivery and then it turned out that the legs did need to be put on with a power drill. APt2B refunded me the difference between white glove delivery cost and what a handyman charged. Reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars: the back is a bit on the low side for me and I'm only 5'4"; this might be a deal breaker for a taller person/ they might have to slouch down into the seat (the seat is plenty deep for a taller person) And be sure to have a roller at hand, as the velvet shows every bit of lint - not a good fabric choice for a pet owner. I needed to ditch my fuzzy throw. But all in all, a terrific product at a very good price. It is listed in the "ready to ship" section and was sent out quickly, but with covid -related shortage of trucks/ drivers for large furniture delivery, the first delivery date was cancelled and it arrived 4 weeks after order date (with Christmas and New Years holidays ).
