Great bed (order fabric swatches)

We've had our bed for a month now and love it. It's well built and really sturdy. Delivery was fast and professional. Really, no complaints. Our one caution would be to order fabric swatches because it's really difficult to get a good idea of the fabric colors on the website. They look different in person and each has its own texture.

Along with the bed, we got a 9" Zinus Walter High Profile Metal Mattress Foundation that we bought on Amazon to go along with a 15" mattress. This brought the total height of our mattress to about 30", with the following breakdown:

3" from the floor to the bottom of the side rail. 17" from the floor to the top of the side rail. (the 14" that they state above is the height of the actual rail, not it's height off the floor)

The slats in the bed that the Zinus foundation sits on are about 5.5" off the floor (not sure why they say 6.5" platform height above), so the top of the foundation (which is actually a little under 9") is just under 15" up from our carpet.

Thus, the mattress sits about 2" below the top of the side rail and the top is 5" below the top of the 35" high footboard.

Excellent Bed Frame

The Huntley Tufted Upholstered Bed that we purchased is an excellent addition to our home. All guests comment on the beauty of the piece, and that it looks way more expensive than the purchase price.

Looks Fabulous

I bought this bed in the seafoam and I absolutely love it! It adds a wonderful pop to my bedroom. I've only had it for about two weeks, but it appears very well made. It was super simple to put together, which didn't matter at this time, since it was delivered and put together for me, but if I ever have to move it, I'm glad to know it won't be hard. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!
